Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Wishi (“Wishi,” “we,” “us”) governing your use of our personal-styling marketplace, websites, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the information in your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Account sign-in is handled by our authentication provider (Clerk). You are responsible for all activity under your account.

The Service

Wishi matches you with a personal stylist who builds curated mood boards and shoppable style boards based on your style profile. Stylist recommendations are suggestions, not professional, medical, or financial advice, and styling outcomes are inherently subjective. You decide what, if anything, to purchase.

Bookings, subscriptions & billing

• Plans. We offer one-time styling sessions and recurring membership plans. Current names and prices are shown at checkout and on our pricing page.
• Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the plan and any add-ons you select.
• Trials & renewals. Membership plans renew automatically until cancelled. If a plan includes a trial, it converts to a paid term unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• Cancellation. You can manage or cancel a membership from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.
• Taxes. Prices may be subject to tax, which is calculated at checkout.

Purchases from retailers

Products recommended in style boards are sold by third-party retailers. When you buy through Wishi, we may facilitate the order and earn an affiliate commission, but the retailer is responsible for the product, fulfillment, shipping, returns, and warranties under its own terms. Availability and prices can change. Returns and refunds for purchased products follow the applicable retailer and our posted return process.

Tips & stylist payments

You may add an optional tip for your stylist at the end of a session. Tips are paid to the stylist (via Stripe) and are non-refundable once processed.

Stylists

Stylists who provide services through Wishi do so under separate stylist terms and are paid out through Stripe Connect. Stylists are responsible for their own tax obligations.

Your content & conduct

You retain ownership of the photos and content you submit, and you grant Wishi a license to use that content to operate and provide the Service. You agree not to misuse the Service, including by uploading unlawful or infringing content, harassing others, attempting to access accounts that are not yours, or interfering with the Service’s operation.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and the Wishi name and logo, is owned by Wishi and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that recommendations will meet your expectations.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wishi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Wishi in the twelve months before the claim or US $100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Wishi harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Dispute resolution & governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, unless a binding arbitration provision is added here following legal review.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account from your settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date and, where required, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
